The name of this plate pattern is Anniversary. Manufactured by Jeannette Glass Company, Jeanette, PA.
From 1947 to 1949, & again in the late 60's to mid 70's.
These plates were often give-a-ways at movie theaters & grocery stores. You would have to keep going back to collect the completed set.
Includes ~ 2 black chains, 3 feet total & 2 hooks. Presented in white gift box.
